An example of his commitment is his new EPIC–5100 Vision Diagnostic System. Vision diagnostic results are faster, yet more accurate. The new highly advanced EPIC refraction system is both user and patient friendly and takes accuracy to a whole new level.
The system combines smart features such as electronic refractor, auto refractor/ keratometer, space saving chart projection, auto lensometer and motorized table. The world’s first reversible display and tilt able 8.4” color touch panel LCD screen can be turned to the patient and user as a visibility check with programmable exams.
The Epic system integrates 3-D wave front data into subjective refraction and the auto lensometer maintains proper convergence at variable near-working distances. Patient data is collected and transferred into our computer network with a single touch of a button.
Our KOWA digital retinal camera allows us to view and photograph the back of the retina without dilation. We are able to save this baseline image and refer back to it for evaluation. Our examination evaluates your prescription, eye coordination, external/internal eye health for diabetes, glaucoma, cataracts, macular degeneration, and other eye diseases.
